i've created a travel blog for friends and family to follow while i'm abroad. I've done this because I want to keep this one more private...as i can talk about drinking annoying people and drinking. ;)

the travel bug is like a tick

skyped with mr. parker arnold yesterday to get the ball rollin' on our spring break europe extravaganza! he's in italy and i'm in ireland and over the course of about four weeks in April we are going to conquer europe from east to west :) 

so far this is the first draft of the countries we hope to hit up: Switzerland -> France -> Germany -> Prague -> Austria -> Budapest -> and end it all in ITALY!  essentially we're going to be doing a big ol' circle from the west to the east. got quite a bit more research to do, but this is the start of things. 

unfortunately, i feel as if i'm already running out of money...it really sucks not being able to work for some sort of income. I feel really bad having to ask my parents for more money, but I know it's going to happen within the next month or so. things are so expensive here! I don't think i'm being careless with the things I've gotten so far either...maybe i've had a few more beers a night then i should, but you only live once right! Being here has made me appreciate all the things my parents have provided for me even more. These next four months are gonna be the greatest experience of my life. 

Besides setting up things for my spring break, me & my roommates have set up travel plans to visit Scotland in two weeks and Galway, Ireland after that. ahhhh! :) i've already contracted the travel bug, it's clinging to me like a tick. I have no idea when i'll have time to catch up on all my readings, blah!

hey guys! sowie it's taken me so long to get pictures up. if you know me, you know how lazy i can be. plus, i'm trying to get over the embarrassing aspect of being a tourist but i will DEFINITELY be taking pictures of my campus this weekend and posting them soon. :)  here's some pics of my abode so far, pretty plain...feel free to send decorations or pictures! lol

my head is literally swelling from all the knowledge i've been stuffing inside it. got a big physics test tomorrow so i'm keepin' my fingers crossed on it. last day before thanksgiving break, woohoo! :)

went to a Suffolk fundraiser last night for students going to El Salvador during winter break. it was an acoustic show that a couple of my friend's bands played in: Chet's band, Shire, and Jovi/Fergie's band Fragments. good seeing friends and listening to chill musica.
